AMARO MONTENEGRO

VECCHIA ROMAGNA

Vecchia Romagna is superlative as a digestive and makes a fine accompaniment to coffee, dark chocolate or truffles.

Today Vecchia Romagna is the best-selling brand of brandy in Italy and the 200-year-old firm, which distils it, is the country’s biggest producer of liquors. In 1999, Vecchia Romagna became part of Gruppo Montenegro, an Italian holding with over 120 years of experience in the production and sale of fine alcoholic beverages worldwide.

SELECT

Select was created in 1920 in the Castello district of Venice, the historical heart of the city, at Pilla Distilleries, a place renowned for the art of liquor making.

During the postwar period the young Pilla Brothers contributed to the rebirth of this magnificent city. When the popularity of the aperitif began to spread, the Spritz soon became a favorite, establishing Select as the star of the Venetian cocktail scene. Thanks to its ancient link with the city and its enduring success, Select is recognized as the classic Venetian Aperitif. Its refined and complex formula, inspired by the original recipe, maintains its distinctive flavor.

CAMBRIDGE DISTILLERY

Walks through the meadows surrounding Cambridge inspired William and Lucy Lowe to create gins that capture the taste of the English seasons using botanicals grown in and around their home.

They founded Cambridge Distillery on the principle that no two botanicals are identical and as such, they need to be treated individually. To achieve this, they developed a unique novo-dimensional distillation matrix in which temperature, timing and pressure are just three of the nine variables that they use to tailor the treatment of each botanical. This means they can distill the freshest and most delicate botanicals and achieve a level of precision vastly beyond that of traditional distillation.

STAUNING WHISKY

The founders of Stauning Whisky didn't have much when they started out in 2005. Least of all, any knowledge of whisky-making, but they shared passion, curiosity and the will to experiment and create. However, they had the land around them: The wind, the sea, the fields, the heather and the peat. And some of Denmark's finest water.

Soon, the best bars and finest restaurants started serving the whisky from the West Coast of Denmark. René Redzepi of the world-famous Noma Restaurant delisted every other whisky for Stauning. At the same time, the prodigious whisky began winning awards all over the world.

STRANGER & SONS

Stranger & Sons is born in a contemporary India with a keen eye on what’s vintage. Only if you look twice you will see that there’s more to India than meets the eye. Crafted by Third Eye Distillery, Stranger & Sons is made in Goa, where the distillery is surrounded by their own botanical plantations and lush jungle expanses, that have influenced the label.

VUSA VODKA

Vusa is a premium copper distilled sugarcane Vodka from Africa. We distill in small batches using our copper still, “Kagiso’, to give Vusa a silky smooth finish and ensure exceptional quality. Our unique filtration process using the shells of the Baobab fruit creates a super crisp finish.

BAYAB GIN

Bayab Gin is African from its roots, with ingredients including The Baobab fruit sourced from across the African continent, copper still distillation in the lush lands of KwaZulu Natal and hand crafted and bottled by South African distillers.

The baobab fruit’s tangy sherbet taste is complemented with bountiful African botanicals of Juniper berries, Coriander, Rosemary, Cinnamon, Coarse Salt, Lemon Peel, and Orange Peel, it’s then blended with the purest water from the Midlands of KwaZulu-Natal. This dazzling combination creates refreshing citrus flavored gins that invigorate and delight with every sip.
